About the Role:
Greenpeace Aotearoa is looking for a Supporter Journey and UX Specialist to join the team. This newly created role will be responsible for our Salesforce Marketing Cloud supporter journeys, from creation to curation and will play a key role in our CRO and UX optimisation roadmap, with the aim of providing our supporters with exceptional and personalised experiences of Greenpeace. You will work to deepen the engagement of existing supporters and provide optimised digital pathways to engage with new audiences.
You will be focused on delivering supporter journeys that increase digital activism and donation, working with key stakeholders within the fundraising team and the wider organisation. Championing CRO in all your work and putting audience understanding at the heart of your work will be second nature to you. Collaboration will be an essential part of your daily role, working with the fundraising, communications and Technology teams to deliver on our ambitions.
Ideally you will have a background in CRO and customer journey and an in-depth understanding of digital marketing.
